Many people work tirelessly to see that the missions of K.I.D.S. are put into place. President Janice Weinman has over 30 years of senior executive experience in many not-for-profit organizations. She joined K.I.D.S in 2003. COO Donna Charles has been with K.I.D.S. for more than 10 years bringing millions of dollars of brand name merchandise to thousands of children every year.

Vice President Chris Blake joined K.I.D.S. five years ago. He is in charge of overseeing the solicitations from product donors and working with community-based foundations.
